Disclosure Regarding Collection and Use of Personal Information

Here at Performance Living Summit we do our best to respect your privacy. We know that your privacy is important to you, so it is important to us.
Private Information
As regards any purchase you may make of products offered on this site, for your safety and protection your credit card information is not stored on our servers. Our payment gateway provider, (ClickBank), keeps this information encrypted and secure on your behalf. Visit this ClickBank Customer Privacy page to learn more about their privacy policy.
We store no personal information about you, other than your email address and name, if you should offer it during the course of the Performance Living Summit event. You might do this in order to register and receive access to the summit interview sessions.
Also, if you decide to purchase our All Access Pass to gain permanent access to the summit interviews we may store some aspects of your transactional information (name, email address, location) along with your purchase receipt so that we can identify those who might require customer support.
Specifically, Performance Living Summit may generate e-mail for the following types of communication:
1. Notification e-mail to which the individual may subscribe and unsubscribe (e.g. registered members of the summit).
2. Transactional e-mail, which is the result of a business transaction initiated with Performance Living Summit (e.g. purchase an All Access Pass).
3. Relationship e-mail, which is sent as an informational service because of a relationship with Performance Living Summit (e.g. alert registered members of a new event or other opportunities).
4. Correspondence from Performance Living Summit as a result of a communication initiated by a member or customer (via our contact form).
Performance Living Summit may occasionally send informational or promotional materials to members and customers. Any channel for email communication which may contain an auto responder or broadcast component will have a provision for opting out of the channel and will include instructions on how to do so. Specifically, you will find an unsubscribe link at the bottom of all non-personal subscription-based emails. You may choose to exclude yourself from these mailings by unsubscribing at any time.
Note: Your email address is never made available to any third party, so you need not worry about accruing extra spam in your in-box simply because you offer us your email address.
Disclosure In Response To Request
We may disclose your personally identifiable information in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or to defend against legal claims. However, once we receive your transmission, we do our best to ensure its security on our systems by making reasonable efforts to protect the information.

We will not share the personal information you provide except with your explicit permission. Any information provided to Performance Living Summit is treated with care and discretion. Performance Living Summit will take a proactive approach to ensure the information is kept private and not misused.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. Any aggregate visitor information we collect is used for internal review only and is then discarded.
